Abstract
School administrators are responsible of all students‘ needs in order to create a learning community. So that each student has the opportunity to be successful, educational leaders must integrate efforts and restructure schools to respond to the needs of all students and to create an environment where learning is goal. For this reason, the greatest challenge for a school administrator in a learning community is to develop an inclusive environment. This article presents various practices to develop an educational system integrating special education to the regular program taking care of special needs and disabilities. It also indicates ways that the school administrator should use to take care of inclusion as a challenge and it also presents some characteristics that the inclusive school should have.
