Abstract
This article invites us to see the liberation of talents, the optimization of intelligences, and the endowment of potentialities as central premises of a vital educational paradigm in order to differentiate teaching, safeguard human rights and propitiate nonviolence and peace. The author highlights the urgency of moving in every educational context and level, from regular and special conventional education to a differentiated education. She problematizes and examines in depth her pedagogical proposal, starting from the following key questions: (1) What is differentiated education and to what extent could it contribute to the construction of a more just, supportive and peaceful society? (2) Why is it necessary to differentiate education in order to liberate talents, optimize intelligences and endow potentialities? (3) How can we differentiate education towards the optimal development of potentialities, and therefore, contribute to propitiate human rights, justice and peace?
