Abstract

The College of Education is a dynamic and diverse learning community that builds leading learners and educators. It seeks to prepare highly effective teachers according to the principles, competencies and provisions identified in its Conceptual Framework. The pandemic caused by COVID-19 has transformed the society in which we live and generated the opportunity to innovate in the practice experiences of student teachers. The multiple challenges and scenarios of interaction and social coexistence led to the collaboration between the High School and the College of Education of the University of Puerto Rico to serve practicing teachers. This project integrated information and communication technologies to strengthen and promote the active and meaningful learning of the future teacher and document the entire experience of teaching practice.
