Abstract
To provide higher education of the best quality has been the focus of the entire field of education worldwide. One of the ways in which higher education institutions can achieve this goal is through the continued collection of data about the degree of satisfaction among their students, to improve and change the settings of the academic campuses with the aim of creating environments that are more conducive to the development of their students. This data also serves the university administration to make decisions about the processes of accreditation by the relevant agencies. Organizations must make a special effort to manage the processes of the service, consider human interactions as an essential part in the quality of service, develop competencies and skills of staff and motivate them to improve quality and achieve the expectations of the student body. That is one of the main goals of this article, as well as encouraging others to continue with this important academic chore.
