Abstract
This exploratory research identi ed factors which in uence the intention to expand bank services. The predictive power of the proposed model is evaluated with PLS among low-income bank clients in Monterrey, Mexico. The results indicate that the intention of expanding services is negatively affected by the intention to switch banks, and that the perception of the strategies related to tangible savings and intangible credit aspects and the attitude toward the employees and services indirectly affect the formation of said intention.
