Abstract

The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the relationship between the practices of human resources management and performance, under the principal‘s perception in small business. A survey was applied to a sample of 321 enterprises in the state of Hidalgo, Mexico. The results suggest a relationship between human resources practices and organizational performance, as well as the impact that the incentive schemes have in performance.
