Resumen
Mientras que la maternidad adolescente ha sido objeto de múltiples estudios y programas que intervienen con dicho evento, no ha sucedido igual con la paternidad en varones de la misma edad. Factores asociados con los estilos de crianza, la cultura y los estereotipos contribuyen a una construcción confusa del asunto por parte de los protagonistas del mismo y a respuestas insuficientes por parte de los agentes de ayuda. El presente artículo revisa parte de la literatura disponible para descubrir semejanzas en los hallazgos y proponer sugerencias que favorezcan respuestas mejor pensadas y programas mejor implantados.
