 In this special volume of the Journal of Public Administration, a group of researchers from different disciplines of the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus and the Mayagüez Campus, join forces to reflect on a social reality that has been disrupted by the passage of the hurricane. María por Puerto Rico on September 20, 2017. The academic project Reflections for greater resilience, has as its main purpose to review the events experienced and offer viable alternatives to strengthen the institutional capacities of our country in the face of natural disasters in the future.
