Abstract

The present study quantifies and explains the use of third-person pronominal clitics by speakers of the metropolitan area of San Juan, Puerto Rico. It also explores possible connections between linguistic and extra-linguistic contexts (gender and age) regarding to disagreements in their use when referred to a noun phrase (FN) in a sentence.
