Abstract

Jorge Luis Borges's integration of Georg Cantors Set Theory and Ernest Rutherfords atomic model, in order to rebut Nietzsche's myth of Eternal Return, is analyzed here. The author's use of these theories is more playful and aesthetic than accurate, as it often happens.
