Abstract
This paper is a transcript of an interview with Mr. Luis Ortiz, the owner of Restaurante El Obrero (The Laborer Restaurant), located in the metropolitan area of San Juan, Puerto Rico. The interview was conducted by a group of students from the College of Business Administration at the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus. The interviewee talked about his academic training and experiences before and after acquiring the restaurant. He also shared his opinion on the administration of the business, its employees, the restaurant‘s clientele, entrepreneurship, and the challenges of running a business.
