Resumen
El objetivo del presente trabajo consiste en la generación de un modelo conceptual para el análisis y evaluación del proceso de adopción de TIC en el ámbito de las pymes argentinas considerando cuatro entornos y factores asociados a los mismos. Este modelo conceptual será aplicado a un futuro trabajo de campo, para la realización de un proceso de calibración y propuesta de una nueva versión del modelo presentado. La mayor diferencia de los modelos previos tiene que ver con una visión actualizada de los modelos de negocios y mercados, producto fundamentalmente de la evolución de la conectividad.
