Abstract
The fact that the famous "Essay on Miracles" (Section X Hume's Inquiry into Human Understanding) raised crucial questions surrounding the foundations of such diverse disciplines such as ontology, natural science, theology, and historiography is one of the reasons that explains why it has generated a bibliography truly prodigious and perhaps also because it is not idle to reflect on this matter again.This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License.
