The article examines Ludwig Shajowicz's interest in the superation of nihilism through the preservation of the sacred. The sacred is though of from the concepts of myth and tragedy. Netzsche sheds light on the necessity of fidelity to earth but fidelity and caring-for-earth should constitute a fecundation of culture towards its transformation.
