Abstract
Psychobiography seeks to examine the significant experiences of people throughout their lives and the possible impact this may have had on personality development. The psychological theoretical frame of reference used in this work is that of the normative life
crises developed by Datan and Gingsber (2013), which focuses on the challenges of development at different moments of the life-cycle and the ways to face and solve them. Girón's significant experiences throughout her life cycle were analyzed and interpreted. This includes her early loss experiences, her early and subsequent contacts with letters, her family and social relationships, the impact of her teachers from elementary grades to college, and other aspects of her life such as work, writing, and health. It is concluded that Girón successfully faced the challenges experienced throughout life, proving to be a resilient and successful person.
