Abstract
The presentation aims to highlight the issue of change management exemplifying with literature, stories of change in organizations, on the Island of Curaçao, at the University of Curaçao and also through the author's stories. The importance of the discussion is based on the fact that the desire for change requires reinvention and innovation.
