Abstract
The ongoing learning is very important for the professional development of the education administrators. The author of this article has as objective to analyze the impact of the project ED-3389 Ongoing Learning Program: Administration, Leadership and Management of Education in the Training of Educational Administrators in the period between 2018 and 2022. To do the article a qualitative approach and a study case was used. Besides, it was applied a questionnaire to the participants of the activities organized by the project ED-3389 and an interview to the person in charge of the project in the period between 2018 and 2021. As a finding, it was found that the project ED-3389 has generated a positive impact in the training of education managers provoking an improvement in their work and the organizations they work for.
