Abstract
This paper's main goal is offering an unknown version of "Místicas" ("Mysticisms/Mystics"), one of the first poems written by Juan Ramón Jiménez. Such piece belonged to Besos de oro (Gold kisses), a book in the making around 1901-1902, destined to be Juan Ramón's third book, which went unpublished. In order to better set the frame of reference of this new version of "Místicas", the first part of the paper briefly reconstructs Besos de oro, based on the data of Ignacio Prat's book El muchacho despatriado (The "dis-motherlanded" boy) (1986), as well as those compiled from the manuscripts of Juan Ramón Jiménez' Archives in Madrid (Archivo Histórico Nacional). In the second part there is a detailed philological analysis of the poem, also in its complete version in the Appendix at the end of the paper. This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License.
