Abstract
This work is directed almost in its entirety, to the exposition of the policies that should be followed when directing the development of land, predominantly vacant now, in and beyond the periphery of the cities. Although it is understandable that the urban crisis in the United States has been looked at almost exclusively from the point of view of inner city problems, there is a serious danger if we focus our attention solely on this aspect of improvement and planning programs. urban.
