Abstract

On another occasion we have affirmed that there is no direct relationship between the physical state of a geographic area and the social and economic '‘ health ‘‘ of that same area. Physical deterioration is not necessarily a sign of social disorganization or social deviation. The two may or may not occur simultaneously, depending on a multitude of circumstances.
