Abstract
The role of the physical environment in the sociocultural and communal life of individuals and groups has long been taken into account. William Whyte, in his Park Forest study, concluded that physical tracing not only affects social behavior, but is highly predictable what the behavior resulting from it will be. At the beginning of the twentieth century several architects emphasized the whole environment as a factor of success in architecture. Gropius demanded that a community's organic plan be fully regarded as an indispensable reference framework, prior to any residential development
