Abstract
This article analyses the significance of training as a generating factor of human capital that allows the attainment of long term sustainable competitive advantage turned into greater economic rents. Initially, two are prescribed that try to demonstrate from a universalistic approach, such relationship, to subsequently include the possible impact of the moderator strategy with the purpose of verifying if this could mean an improvement in the explanatory power of our model of analysis.
