Abstract

The implementation of technological convergence tools in businesses, like e-mail and the productive use of the Internet, has become useful and indispensable in the economic globalization. One concern is that these emerging and converging technologies are used to perpetuate and even increase discrimination such as sexual harassment. This research puts the experience of the legal system of the United States of America on the issue into perspective.
