Abstract

This work aims to identify the learning and knowledge sharing mechanisms that organizations employing teamwork use. The findings on the case studies affirm that the analyzed companies (five Brazilian car dealerships) are still at a low level of knowledge management. Some are in the process of understanding knowledge management, but, undoubtedly, they still require significant effort to adopt a comprehensive knowledge management.
