Abstract
This work raises awareness of the socioeconomic importance of higher education in business administration and how the results of the educational process in this field can be improved. We analyze the inputs and attitudes that influence this process, and suggest the best philosophy for the final result. We suggest several approaches, methods, and strategies that have pedagogically proven to be effective. These include an awareness of the existing range of learning and teaching styles that can contribute significantly to student progress in a harmonized way. In the same vein, we stress the development of critical thinking, the use of group processes and business cases, role play, the service experience and the convenient use of video clips and multimedia presentations. Finally, the goal is to promote the integral development of the businessperson and those who constitute the future professionals of the business world.
