Abstract

This article summarizes the Spanish social situation after the labor reform of 2012, negatively valuing the loss of jobs and the wide pay cut along with incentives that have led to these events, only partially compensated for their review in judicial Court and the maintenance of an adverse strong social mobilization. In view of electoral changes (December 20, 2015) some political forces have shown projects and proposals for reverse this situation. This article examines the essential points of a new regulatory model of industrial relations through the design of a formal framework to strengthen the individual and collective rights of the workers and the reformulation of certain practices of trade unions action.
