Can refer to: https://owl.purdue.edu/owl/research_and_citation/apa_style/apa_formatting_and_style_guide/general_format.html. Note that the APA rules govern not only the writing of citations and references but also the format of tables, graphs and section headings, among other elements of writing. Also, note that the sections to consider may vary with the type of article or creative work, so make the relevant inquiry about the APA style as applicable. For each of the following sections, inquire about the correct standards according to the APA manual. Works that are not submitted following the APA writing style provisions, 7th Ed. will not be accepted.  Emphasizes the inquiry on the following aspects:
    1. For quotations, refer to https://owl.purdue.edu/owl/research_and_citation/apa_style/apa_formatting_and_style_guide/in_text_citations_the_basics.html. Note that long quotes of more than 40 words, should have an indentation of 1.5" to the left margin, and single space spacing.
    2. The format of bibliographic references varies according to the type of source, so you should consider the rules that apply according to APA to each type of source. All works cited in the text must appear in the References section. For details, refer to https://owl.purdue.edu/owl/research_and_citation/apa_style/apa_formatting_and_style_guide/general_format.html. We recommend the use of automatic bibliography generators to facilitate the elaboration of references.
    3. For the preparation of tables, graphs and figures should refer to: https://owl.purdue.edu/owl/research_and_citation/apa_style/apa_formatting_and_style_guide/apa_tables. Note that the tables do not follow the double-space wording of the rest of the work, but should be made in a single space or not larger than 1.15. In addition, they cannot have margins smaller than 1" on each side. The font size can be reduced to a minimum of 10 pt and not be larger than 12 pt. Short tables that occupy ¾ of the page or less and are oriented vertically can be inserted into the document's main body. Tables that occupy more than ¾ page or those that are oriented horizontally should be inserted at the end of the document, after the references.
    4. To determine the format of the headings or titles of each section, follow the provisions by level described in https://owl.purdue.edu/owl/research_and_citation/apa_style/apa_formatting_and_style_guide/apa_headings_and_seriation.html. Note that at levels 3, 4 and 5 the text follows the same line of the title after the period.
  11. The use of inclusive language is highly recommended. For more information on this topic, refer to  https://writingcenter.unc.edu/tips-and-tools/gender-inclusive-language/.
