Irene Delano and the perfection of the image

Abstract

Irene Delano is an indispensable figure for the development of Puerto Rican graphic arts of the 20th century. Her recent exhibition at the Casa del Libro Museum pays tribute to her work in commemoration of her centenary. The exhibition comes to review her numerous contributions, while gathering much of her work, among which stands out the design of books, Christmas cards and illustrations.
