Abstract

In her installation titled Palingénesis, Puerto Rican artist Dhara Rivera builds a storm shutters / cabinet of botanical curiosities where to shelter the forest leaves of Casa Klumb. The leaves, calcined according to alchemical rituals, promise the regeneration of the forest and the house as an enclave of the memory of the house as the primary object of humanity.
