Abstract

We surveyed a non-random sample of 143 students at a public university in order to test the hypothesis that there are differences between users of Information Technology and Communication because of its academic degree and with respect to their levels of empathy, risk, opportunity, entrepreneurship, utility, facility, commitment, knowledge, innovation, use and satisfaction. The results show that only in case of empathy, risk, entrepreneurship and the use of virtual library, multimedia center simulator and self-directed significant differences among three groups of a different semester.
