By distilling at higher proof, and by properly selecting other operational variables, it is possible to recover congeneric substances to any desired extent while reducing the content of fusel oil and unidentified tail substances in the main product. It is recognized that the presence of the latter detracts from the quality of alcoholic beverages.}, number={4}, journal={The Journal of Agriculture of the University of Puerto Rico}, author={Brau, Herminio M.}, year={1958}, month={Oct.}, pages={248–257} }
