Abstract

Sweet potatoes of the yellow-fleshed Gem cultivar produced 6.7, 13.4 and 33.0 t/ha of marketable tubers, and those of the white-fleshed Miguela cultivar produced 1.8, 13.4 and 21.4 t/ha, when the depth to the water table in a Fluventic Hapludolls in lysimeter tanks was maintained at 15, 30 and 45 cm, respectively.
