Abstract
The life cycle of Anthonomus eugenii was studied under laboratory conditions. New tender leaves and soft tissue around the seeds of the pepper plant were used for rearing this insect. This study demonstrated that the stages of egg, larva, pupa, and adult had a duration of 3.6, 9.5, 3.3, and 3.14 days, respectively. The duration of the life cycle from egg to adult was an average of 16.41 days.Downloads
