Abstract

Physical activity is essential for physical and mental health. Exercise releases endorphins that reduce pain and generate happiness, similar to morphine. In addition, it reduces the risk of diseases such as arthritis, anxiety and diabetes. Integrating exercise into your daily routine is vital for a full life, since a healthy mind depends on a healthy body and vice versa.
